Product Highlights
Chia microgreens are soft and leafy, with small round leaves on slender stems. They make a pretty garnish for salads, sandwiches, avocado toast, juices and bowls. Chia seeds turn gel-like when soaked, so they are best sown dry and kept damp with gentle misting instead of heavy watering. This keeps the seeds from clumping and helps the tray stay clean. Grow them in a shallow tray with drainage holes on cocopeat or a growing mat, in a bright spot. One pack is enough for several trays, which makes it great value for a home kitchen.
