At India Gardening, our primary focus is to deliver high-quality garden supplies and seeds, thriving live plants in the best condition possible, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you are not satisfied with the product or received a defective one, we invite you to review this refund policy.

The following policy is applicable to any products that You purchase with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to India Gardening, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Categories of Products We Sell

The products we sell on our website can be mainly divided into two categories:

  1. Live Plants (Perishable)
  2. Garden Supplies (all non-perishable products, ie: Seeds, Pots, Soil, Fertilizer, Tools)

Both of these categories have different refund policies applicable due to the nature of products.

1. Refund Policy for Live Plants

We make every effort to deliver live plants in the perfect condition possible. Due to the fragile nature and feasibility of the live plants, we don’t issue refunds if you are unsatisfied with the product.

However, due to a delay in delivery, if you receive a dead plant, we will provide a full refund to your bank account after verifying the claim.

We will also refund the money if the wrong plant is sent to you.

The refund will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of the delivery of the plant.

Follow the given steps to get your refund:

  1. Take photos of the dead plant and box.
  2. Mail the photos over email at along with the order number for verification. You can also send them on WhatsApp at +91 9630499439.
  3. Our review team will go over the pictures to identify the problem and offer a full refund to your bank account.
  4. You will be able to see the refund amount in your original payment method in 5-7 working days.
  5. In case the review team denies your claim, we won’t be able to refund the money or do a product replacement.

2. Return Policy for Garden Supplies

Gardening is supposed to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can cancel Your Order before it is shipped.

We will reimburse You no later than 5-7 days from the day on which We receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  • The Goods are in the original packaging
