Product Highlights
Hari cholai is a traditional leafy green cooked as sabzi, saag and dal in many Indian homes. The plant grows fast in warm, sunny weather, and its tender leaves and young stems can be picked again and again. The seeds are very small and sprout in just a few days in moist, loose soil, so you only need to cover them lightly. It does well in wide, shallow pots as well as in garden beds, and it does not need much space. Sowing a little every two to three weeks gives a regular supply of fresh leaves. One pack is enough for several pots, which makes it great value for a small home garden.
