What to Do After Getting the Package?

• Take a knife and carefully cut the tape to unbox the live plant.
• Gently remove the plant from the package.
• Place the plant in a dry place where it can receive bright, indirect light all the time with some morning sun for a few days.
• Once it becomes comfortable with the growing condition (in 5-6 days), shift it to a more sunny location.

How to Care for Agave Tropicana

Sunlight: This agave will do well in partial sunlight location, 4-5 hours of direct sunlight, and all day long indirect light is fine for it. For better growth keep them near a south-facing window or a shaded balcony.

Watering: Overwatering can harm the agaves, so water it only when the soil seems dry. This is a drought-tolerant plant and thrives on neglect.

Soil: A well-draining succulent potting mix with good aeration is a suitable growing medium for Agave plants. You can make it at home as well by mixing two parts cocopeat, one part coarse sand, one perlite, half part broken brick pieces, or vermiculite.

Fertilizer: Feed the plant once in 2-3 months with a balanced liquid fertilizer like 19-19-19 in half of the recommended strength on the packet to encourage growth.
